Hennepin County is hosting its first open data event!
RSVP: geocodehc.eventbrite.com
More Information: hennepin.us/geocode
Community, Geography, and Technology. The Hennepin County Geo:Code event will connect geographers and technology developers with civically minded community members, to collaborate on the use of technology and data to effect change for good. Hennepin County will provide data and support. Geographers and developers will provide data and technology expertise, and civically minded community members will provide the ideas and inspiration. This event will focus on the concerns of the Hennepin County community, and will highlight Hennepin County government produced data available to the public free of charge and without need for a license. Geography matters because community concerns are tied to a place, technology matters because it provides a tool to examine those concerns, and community matters most, as the forum for bringing people together to solve problems.
You can use this site to submit ideas, vote on existing ideas, or add comments to existing ideas to work on during Geo: Code.
